Fitness Classes

Each day, numerous aquatic and land-based group fitness classes are offered for all fitness levels and abilities. To see what classes happening today are suitable for your health and wellness, view the calendar below or view a current monthly Class Schedule. In addition, we are the only facility in the area to offer Virtual Les Mills classes (in addition to live Les Mills classes). Our classes are led by certified fitness instructors and are suitable for all abilities. Our Youth in Fitness initiative is a wonderful option for parents who want to keep their children (ages 8+) active.

Drop-in Group Fitness Classes

No registration deadlines – JUST DROP-IN. You may register up to 30 minutes before class starts. Space is limited. Register for drop-in fitness classes at the Welcome Desk. Participation is first-come, first-served.

HIIT 4-5

Gold & Silver: FREE| Non-Member $8.50

High Intensity Interval Training. It’s all the rage and for a reason. Higher intensity means less duration for the same calorie
burn. This class will have you in and out with 45 minutes of total body circuit interval training. Targeting all 5 components of
physical fitness to best utilize your time. Get ready to get sweaty! Ages 13+

Low Impact

Gold & Silver: FREE| Non-Member $8.50

This class combines low impact cardio and resistance training for a total body workout that is easier on the joints while building strength, balance, stability and improving cardiovasular endurance.

Pound**

Gold: FREE, Silver: $3 | Non-Member $8.50

POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and isometric poses into a 45-minute series.  Using Ripstix(TM), lightly weighted exercise drumsticks, torch calories, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music. 

Zumba**

Gold: FREE, Silver: $3 , Non-Member $8.50

Dance your way to a fitter you. Inspired by Latin dance and music, Zumba® uses a variety of dance styles with music alternating between fast and slow rhythms for a cardiovascular workout that is both fun and easy to follow. Ditch the workout, join the party. No dance experience necessary.

BODYCOMBAT™ is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi, and muay thai. Strike, punch, kick, and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness!

Les Mills BodyBalance**

An athletic blend of Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm.

Les Mills BodyPump

Gold: FREE, Class fees vary, Silver |$850 Non

BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout is designed to improve strength and endurance in all the major muscle groups while simultaneously burning calories for fat loss. The combination of great music and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

Les Mills RPM Cycling

Gold: FREE and Silver, Non-Member $8.50

Combines hit music with an inspiring instructor leading you on a choreographed journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. This class is a great no-impact way to improve aerobic fitness and lose body fat. RPM™ is simple – there are no fancy moves to master, you simply jump on a bike and pedal. Although the instructor will give cues to increase or decrease resistance and speed, participants get to control their intensity so this class is suited for everyone from novice to advanced cyclists. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ!

Les Mills CORE

Gold: FREE and Silver, Non-Member $8.50

LES MILLS CORE is a scientific core workout for incredible core tone and sports performance. You build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do.

All the moves in LES MILLS CORE have options, so it’s challenging but achievable whatever your level of fitness. Trained Instructors will guide you through using resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as bodyweight exercises like crunches, and hovers. Plus there are some hip, butt and lower back exercises too.

Aquatic Drop-In Group Fitness Classes

Registration deadlines do not apply – just simply drop in. Register up to 30 minutes before class at The Control Desk. Ages 13+ are welcome. Space is limited.

Water in Motion

FREE, Gold | $3 Silver | $850 Non

This pre-choreographed class is an exciting workout that combines cardio training with muscle toning in the water.  You’ll receive the benefit of a high energy, calorie burning workout without the pull that gravity plays on the body.

Water Wellness

Gold & Silver: FREE | $850 Non 

Water wellness combines various types of resistance and cardio training for a complete circuit class with added fun and excitement. Utilizing Aqualogix (copy right) Hydrorevolution equipment, this low intensity water fitness workout is for everyone!  This class is great for those individuals that may have arthritis, joint pain, or are just looking to add low impact exercise to their regimen.

Aqua Fit

Gold & Silver: FREE | $850 Non 

Work on your dance moves and your fitness in this cardio-inspired dance class. This class combines easy-to-follow moves with a variety of music so you’ll never get bored. No dance experience necessary.

Aqua Blast

Gold & Silver: FREE | $850 Non 

A high energy water fitness class with alternating cardio and resistance exercises to increase strength and stamina.

Virtual classes are available in The Kroc Center’s three group fitness rooms at off-peak times when live group fitness classes are not being offered. Les Mills Virtual workouts are played with the instructor up close and personal on the big screen. Motivation from the hottest instructors on the planet will help you achieve amazing results.

Youth In Fitness Classes

The Kroc Center’s Youth in Fitness Classes program allows children aged 8-15 to participate in the following fitness classes: POUND®, Zumba®, Kroc Dance Fitness, Les Mills BODYBALANCE™, and Les Mills BODYCOMBAT™.

Children aged 8-11 must have a parent or guardian attend the class with them or be present in the fitness studio. Children aged 12-15 must have a parent present in the facility while the child attends the class.

Rent-2B-Fit (We travel to you!)

With Rent-2B-Fit, we give you the chance to rent an instructor for a private group fitness or dance fitness class on the date and time of your choice. Work out alongside friends, co-workers, or relatives.

Class dates and times are dependent upon instructor availability. Class fees/size vary. Class location is dependent upon the equipment used. Contact our wellness and fitness instructor to schedule a class.
