Our cardio area and weight room is available to all members for strength, cardio, endurance, flexibility, functional fitness, personal training and agility training. Additional training classes, like equipment instruction and developing a proper workout routine, are also available to help you get the most out of your workout.

Fitness equipment can be intimidating. How do you use it? What muscle groups does it work? We’re here to help you answer those questions with our free equipment orientations, which will teach you the basics of how to use our equipment. Simply ask a Kroc Center fitness and gym attendant.
