The Salvation Army Kroc Center is the perfect place for your next special event! Inspired by the majestic beauty of the Mighty Mississippi River, The Salvation Army Ray & Joan Kroc Corps Community Center was built with special events in mind.

Our unique gathering spaces are all housed under one roof and outfitted with the latest presentation capabilities. Whether you are planning a meeting, birthday party, theater performance or banquet, The Kroc Center has a space that’s perfect for you!

Worship Theater

The centerpiece of The Kroc Center, the Worship Theater, is a magnificent venue for all types of musical and theatrical performances, weddings and seminars. 

The venue features adjustable seating for 328 on our main level and includes a beautiful balcony with an additional 170 fixed seats.

Also available with rental of the Worship Theater is a “green room”, a large stage and top-of-the-line audio/visual equipment. Perfect acoustics within the theater benefit a wide range of events.

The Meadows

The Meadows conference room provides opportunities for corporate events, trade shows, banquets, receptions, meetings and more. Featuring an adjacent outdoor patio, it’s the perfect place for a party in any season.

The space can be used as one large hall, or divided into three independent rooms, each with its own sound system, projector and screen. From classroom seating to banquet-style dining, these spaces can accommodate a variety of needs. On-site catering is also available.

For smaller meetings, these classrooms feature high ceilings and great views. Complimentary Wi-Fi, projection AV system and multiple seating arrangements are standard. 

The Classrooms are designed specifically for small group classroom activities including arts, meetings, and other activities requiring a private room.

Space for your business meeting: For larger groups, our Bluffs classrooms have the ability to convert into a much bigger space. Each room features its own video projection screen and sound. Perfect for work parties and group retreats.

Sandbar Party Rooms

Get your party started right in one of The Kroc Center’s specially designed party spaces. Located adjacent to the Aquatics Center, the Sandbar rooms are great for birthday parties, craft clubs, team parties and more. Sandbar A includes a kitchenette complete with a stove, sinks, and refrigerator.

Kroc Party – After Hours

After-prom parties can include The Ledge Game Room, Aquatic Center, Rock Climbing Wall, and Gymnasium. Some venues are excluded in full center rental. Please contact The Kroc Center for details.

Field Trips

Looking for a unique field trip experience for your students? Kroc Quincy is proud to offer children a day full of fun and adventure.

If Lessee does not adhere to this policy, they will be charged an additional $50 cleaning fee.

Splash Bash Pool Parties

The Aquatic Center, complete with a current river, big red water slide, play water structures, and a whirl pool, is perfect for swimmers of all ages. Even the adults will enjoy swimming or lounging poolside. 

Parties are available on weekdays and weekends and last a total of 2 hours. All pool parties are held during open public swim time. Party goers may bring their own food and drinks.

Party space is limited, so book a month in advance.

Booking & Cancellations

To book a party, please fill-out and return a Party Request Form.

Two week notice is required to book parties. Charges for additional swimmers/climbers will be collected at time of party.

 Full payment is required at the time of booking.

General Policies

You will have access to your room for set-up approximately 30 minutes prior to party start time. Birthday parties are 2 hours long.

We provide the tables and chairs, party materials, and decorations. Sandbar A has a refrigerator, sink, and counter space, whereas Sandbar B does not. Additional party favors and decorations available for purchase. You are welcome to provide any cake, ice cream, snack and/or treats for your party. Beverages should be non-alcoholic and soda is preferred to be Pepsi products.

Party rooms will be cleaned by our event staff. Tacking decorations on the walls or windows is not permitted. Only pull-string piñatas are permitted.

If Lessee does not adhere to this policy, they will be charged an additional $50 cleaning fee.

An event attendant will be available to assist you with needs you may have during the party, including room set-up and take down, check-in and check-out.

If your dates are not available, we will refund your money.

All non-members attending a party must have a completed facility usage waiver that is signed by a legal guardian. Facility usage waivers are available HERE or at the Welcome Desk.

You must be 48 inches tall to go down the Big Red Slide.

Rock Wall Birthday Party – $175

• 2-hour party

• Fridays 5-7pm | Saturdays 10am-Noon | Sundays 1-3pm

• 16 climbers + a room capacity of 24

• Table setting for 16 climbers (cups, plates, napkins, forks, & tablecloths)

• Party portion will be held in Meadows B
