Our cardio and weight rooms are available to all members for strength, cardio, endurance, flexibility, functional fitness, personal training, and agility training. Additional training on equipment and developing a proper workout routine, are also available to help you get the most out of your workout.

TRI HARD MARATHON
THE ULTIMATE INDOOR TRIATHLON CHALLENGE
Saturday, Feb 7 | 9am Start
Each team member takes on one leg of the race, pushing their limits to rack up max meters and alternating stations for max distance in 45 minutes. Open to Adaptive and Able athletes with 4 categories: Adaptive, Men’s, Women’s & Individuals.
Each team will require 3 people (no Co-ed teams for the Able athletes). Individuals welcome to compete for $75.

Kroc Fit Challenge
The Kroc Fit Challenge returns February 1! Use a treadmill, elliptical, our indoor track, bike, or a combo of all four to finish 26.2 miles (walk or run) in 28 days. Or sign up for the ultra marathon and finish 50 miles within 28 days.

Eat Well – Live Well

Join us for a monthly nutrition and wellness series designed to support a realistic, healthy lifestyle. Each month features aw new topic focused on nutrition and overall wellness, including a brief presentation followed by Q&A. Pop in anytime as the presentation will be repeated throughout the session. Handouts will be provided to help you apply what you learn to everyday life.

Run Club
Saturdays, March 7-May 2 | 7:30 AM
$15 per person (pre-registration required). Includes a discount code for Bridge the Gap race registration
Train smarter, run stronger, and get race-day ready with the Kroc Center Run Club! This 9-week training program is designed to prepare you for Bridge the Gap on May 9 while keeping things fun, supportive, and motivating.
Run Club will meet at The Kroc Center and is open to adults and families. Children must be accompanied by a registered adult at all times. Children may not participate without an adult. Run Club is held in Partnership with Quincy Medical Group’s Bridge the Gap.

FREE Equipment Orientation – No appointment necessary!
Fitness equipment can be intimidating. How do you use it? What muscle groups does it work? We’re here to help you answer those questions with our free equipment orientations, which will teach you the basics of how to use our equipment. Simply ask a Kroc Center fitness and gym attendant.

Teen Fit Certification
$40 One-Time Fee
Age Requirements:
The certification is for 13–15-year-olds
(12-year-olds who will turn 13 within 2 weeks of doing the certification may also participate)
What does this certification entail?
This certification will educate and prepare teens on the proper usage of the Kroc Center fitness equipment. The course will cover basic safety, fitness etiquette, resistance training, cardiovascular training, and program design. Upon completion, teens will be given a special permit card to allow them to use both cardio and weight equipment. An adult/guardian must be present in the building with the teen, but does not need to be with the teen while they use the fitness equipment.
The class will be led by one of our Kroc Center Personal Trainers and takes approximately one hour to complete. To sign up, fill out the Program Enrollment form and pay at the Kroc Welcome/Control Desk. A Personal Trainer will contact you to set up your session.
